Where is my order?
Our bikinis want to be with you just as much as you want them, babe! Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link.
If it’s been more than 15 days and your order hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at hello@deeswimwear.com and we’ll help you out.
Here are the most commonly asked questions about Dee Swimwear sizing, shipping, returns, gel padding and orders.
What sizes do you offer?
At this stage we currently offer sizes XXS to L. You can view our full size guide here
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
We do offer size exchanges on bikini tops only within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and have all tags attached.
Bikini bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
If your preferred top size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.
Can I change/cancel my order?
We totally get it, sometimes things happen! While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is placed (since we process quickly), please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
How long does shipping take?

How do I care for my bikinis?
Hand wash only in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid soaking, wringing, and direct sunlight. Avoid rough surfaces. No washing machine, no dryer, no bleach. Lay flat to dry.
If your bikini has removable silicone padding, be sure to take it out before washing so it can dry properly and keep its shape. Treat your bikini with love!
Do you offer padding inserts?
Yes! Our bikini tops are designed to be worn with or without padding. You can add optional gel padding at checkout for extra lift and support.
Is your padding comfortable?
Of course! We designed our padding to be ultra-comfy. No stiff cups or awkward shapes here. It gives you a natural lift without feeling bulky. You’ll forget you’re even wearing padding (in the best way possible).
Do you offer Afterpay or payment plans?

Where are Dee Swimwear pieces made?
Our bikinis are designed in Sydney, Australia, and handmade in Bali in small batches by our trusted manufacturing partners.
Is your packaging reusable?
Yes! Every order comes in a reusable zip-lock pouch that’s perfect for storing your dry bikinis, taking to the beach, or using as a travel/makeup case. Whatever you’re vibing with, don’t throw your pouch away, she’s too cute for that.
