By placing an order with Dee Swimwear, you agree to the following:
1. Product Information
We aim to display all products, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or minor production differences.
All Dee Swimwear bikinis are handmade in small batches, please note that variations in colour, fabric, or stitching are not considered faults.
All purchases are final sale unless deemed faulty as per Australian Consumer Law.
2. Payments
All prices are in AUD. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on location and carrier.
International orders may be subject to local customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Dee Swimwear is not responsible for customs delays or fees charged by your local authorities once the parcel has left Australia.
4. Returns & Faulty Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Faulty or incorrect items may be eligible for store credit or replacement — see our full Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, logos, product names, packaging, photography, and website content are the exclusive property of Dee Swimwear and protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any content or product design without written permission from Dee Swimwear.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property, including imitation of our products, imagery, or brand assets, may result in legal action.
6. Liability
Dee Swimwear is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products. Swimwear should be used as intended and cared for according to care instructions.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
